I play Minecraft with my 11 year old niece and nephew. They live 1400 miles away from me, so this is a great way for us to spend time together. On 02/09/2021 I found that I could not log on to our server. On the 02/10/2021 when I tried, I found myself logged into a server where all progress had been wiped out. I'd duplicated the castle from Disney World, and the orb from EPCOT, and our home base was pretty well developed and established. While I do occasionally use creative now, when we did all the work on "the cool stuff" we did it all in survival. So losing this was a big deal. Lauren Andrews was the rep I emailed with, and she was very helpful. She told me she'd follow up and get back to me with any new information, and SHE DID. It took a week to get the situation resolved, and we had a couple false starts, but on 02/15/2021 I got an email (about the fifth in a week - she emailed me at every step). I logged back onto the server, and everything was back where it belonged. It made me happy, and it made the twins happy. All told, while the loss of the server was scary, the experience with the team that corrected it was absolutely wonderful. Thank you Lauren! And thank you to the rest whose names I don't know!

The world that my friends and I started building since a year ago suddenly reset itself out of nowhere. So I contacted support from minehut and I was not disappointed, especially with their communication to the players. They helped us get our world back in no time and was really kind and more than helpful about the entire situation if I could give 10/5 stars I would.

Amazing service, had minor problem but support team fixed it almost immediately, and that was just on the free subscription! Would recommend, 10/10.

Support personel helped me fix the server starting issue and recover the lost world. Replies were very respectful, helpful and fast. I am 100% satisfied with the support team of Minehut/Super League!
