From back when they had player/server reset: they not only reset my data but my friend's server as well after the server we built together they dropped all the data and say it is ok when it is not. Plus whatever the other 1 and 2 stars are saying not going to repeat them.

Awful Hosting, Expensive hosting and exremley laggy. Ive had a server on there for a really long time and the files for the server reset every few months and you have to completley re-do everything on the server. There is no way to back up your files and its overall just awful hosting.

Someone Easily hacked on my server, and server is barely online.

claims that the start up time is instant while it took 45 minutes to start up yesterday. my 2days old survival world crashed every 10 minutes and now it claims that my server just doesn't exist. if I try to join it sais "server not found". also has a ton of spammers in the hub, and staff does nothing against it. various things such as /ignore just dont work. and staff only seems to listen to ranked users

What the hell is this trash how do i even join my own server it throws me into some kind of useless lobby why cant you just put me IN MY OWN SERVER? TRAAAASHHHH

This is my Honest Opinion about Minehut, my opinion will not affect how well your server does in term of server population. You shall not report this review as it has nothing to violate with Trust Pilots TOS and what i'm saying here is truthful and in a responsible manner. Server creation is one of good parts of Minehut where you can create your server with ease. But there are multiple considerations you would have to think about before using their services. As I've referred, this does not imply me saying that do not use it, I'm saying, if you would like to use Minehut as a hosting provider, a second thought has to be in placed before doing so. This comes in several factors. The first factor is that plugins that you want from external spigot websites will be made unavailable and you might want to skript it yourself, which can be inconvenient or time consuming. As the Minehut panel, it limits on the amount of plugin you can choose from their panel. Instead of allowing users to access FTP to upload their desired plugins, you would have to use their selected ones. Second factor to consider, they rarely update their plugins and this can be proven by a lot of plugins are broken when I made my server as they were not up to date. Also, the community can prove this, when you go on the forums and request a update for a specific type of plugin, usually, they don't make replies back to the community and most requests are disapproved and this goes as well for new plugin request. Third factor, server hibernation will occur when you have too much plugins installed following your server to load. This can be proven as well.When you try to load your server it's impossible because it's stuck in Hibernation not allowing you to open your server when you have many plugins installed. This is my honest and fair opinion about Minehut, their customer support are OK, i wouldn't rate it the best as some Staffs are unknowledgable for console questions.
