frick you minehut your hosting services suck my server has been down for the past hour i went to the forums and nothing helped its just a bunch of a holes saying "You posted on the wrong forem area" and "dont reply to old threads" and all the comments are either people saying "Same lol" or people saying "it works now" without explaining how they fixed it and the lag is horrible and people disconnect randomly for no reason and its not even 24/7 their business practices are really predatory too frick you minehut you guys suck i hope you stub your toe and step on a pile of legos

What is this garbage? You pay 5-6 dollars a month for their lowest plan, that’s average HOWEVER. That gets you a really laggy server, only 20 players on at a time, and no 24/7 hosting! 24/7 hosting is really important for a server. They have frequent maintenances and pointless updates, their panel is garbage (it would have been better to just use a modified pterodactyl panel), support is horrendous, no custom plugins, and a server spot in a toxic community. I’ve seen cheaper hosts like pebblehost and revivenode offer MUCH better support and servers with little to no downtime. Minehuts payment system is also messed up too, when a double charge occurs because of an error I have to wait so long for support to respond and refund me. Would I recommend minehut to anyone? ABSOLUTELY NOT!

You can install the 'ClearLag' plugin which will aid in the reduction of lag, also removing any plugins you don't need will help as well. All of our servers have RAM limits which can cause lag if you have too many players or plugins installed. Please feel free to submit a support ticket and our team can try to find ways to reduce your lag. We always strive to answers tickets as quickly as possible, however, our support hours are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm PST so if you reach us outside of that timeframe it can take us a bit longer to respond.

Terribly laggy and terrible for playing with friends, I do NOT recommend this to anyone who wants a minecraft server 👎👎👎 Me and my friends are very disappointed, since it had such high ratings.

the server isn't laggy in terms of fps, but in terms of gameplay. it's very common for the server to freeze, then lag you back. this can be very bad, as sometimes the server freezes then the next thing i know, a creeper blows up my build. also, sometimes it wont even let me join a server. it gets stuck in a loading screen. sometimes when i finally join, i get kicked for "[Proxy] Lost connected to the server". i also get teleported to the minehut lobby with a message in the chat saying "Flying is not enabled on this sever". earlier today, I got kicked for "Disconnected" and i currently can't rejoin my server. only good thing about minehut is that the servers open fast, but even then, sometimes i cant even join my server. UPDATE: ok this is a joke. my server literally didnt save like it's supposed to and I just lost half of my netherite armor. what. the. hell.

this server sucks it lags so much and it kicks me for flying and proxy and the plugins are laggy the only good thing about this server host is that it starts fast thats it

so i havent made a server yet but just by looking the servers made by other players I see a lot of problems such as plugins resseting themselves,the servers are really really laggy the /join (server name) often doesn't work and get stuck, servers randomly crash for no actual reason I have seen a server with 20tps and crash suddenly

There are a lot of reasons why servers have trouble starting up or crashing, our support team is always more than happy to help find solutions for server owners. We have also recently released our backup system where every server gets at least one free backup, this will help with rollback issues.
