Really prompt and helpful responses! Lateisha knew how to help and I couldn’t have asked for better service from her. She really made a stressful situation into a happy accident, and was, ultimately, able to resolve my enquiry.

Minehut used to be the best hosting platform for Minecraft, but now that Minehut is being unleashed it only gets better. At first, the file manager wasn't too good: You couldn't upload data packs and no plugins. But now you can upload all kinds of files! It is now just a file explorer on your PC. In the past there was also a limit for how many plugins you could use, not anymore! I can't wait for the live console, addon panel, and server networks to come to Minehut. It is now simply better than paid hosting platforms. You can also earn free "credits" by voting for Minehut, and then you can get Ranks, Server plans, icons, and much more. You can also buy these credits with real money (I mean they have to make money somehow) By the way, with those ranks you can advertise your server, to get more players. There is also a "server list" where you can find the most popular servers. At the moment the server list is filled with: Gen, sky mining, and box servers. It's getting pretty boring, but with all these new features I think new developers will definitely come to Minehut and make good servers. In short Minehut pretty epikk

My server was kicking me and my friends off every time we tried to join. The support team was very helpful with trying to fix it and answering my questions. I was impressed by how fast they responded and how much time they spent trying to fix my server. Overall I had a great expiriance, and if anything goes wrong again I know I will be able to get help.
