Lateisha G is awesome and very kind she resurrected the all powerful server Shmeetus from the void

Fastest response time I've ever seen and quickly resolved my problem.

My server wasn't working but support helped! I was having problems with my server so I contacted support. It was quick and easy. I was contacted very quickly and got a very clear answer. It was a problem on my part, not Minehut's.

I was having trouble with my server and emailed the support team, they responded within a few hours which i think is just amazing customer service, they were also able to identify the problem and fix it super fast. great service, 10/10
