Amazing site

My server didn’t work so I contacted them. I got good help and fast answers. My server is now back and works well.

Lauren from tech support is the kindest person, I got help right away (not even 30 minutes after submitting my support request)! The instructions she gave helped save our server, I thought it was lost forever and we were able to recover it from files. I'm so relieved and grateful.

Had a problem with my server (seemingly) resetting itself, I contacted support and they promptly responded with simple steps that resolved the issue and saved the countless hours of work me and my friends had put in on the world in question.

My server was falling apart, there were too many bugs and errors. I couldn't even start my server, thanks to the support i can now finally play in my server! They are very experienced and have good ambience. Thank you.

The server got reset somehow but the help I received was straight to the point and the issue was resolved following the step by step process that was sent in the response to my issue.

People say Minehut is bad, but it really isn't. I rather pick Minehut over Aternos, I hope people don't start hating Minehut so much they shut down or something, I have an SMP that has been alive for like 1-2 years now and I would hate to see it go.
