I was having issues getting my server started, and I contacted support. For whatever reason when I tried logging onto my server, it wouldn't connect and told me that there was an unknown host. I tried to restart my server a few times and it didn't work. When I contacted support, they responded fast and were extremely nice and understanding of the situation. Everything was resolved in under 24 hours and I'm very satisfied with my experience.

Great Customer service and a wonder platform to host a server. Almost no lag, customisable setting, dashboard, easy to install plugins and so many options to choose from! Highly recomend
