MinehutReviews of minehut.com

Minehut added a time limit to their free servers after having them available at all times for years past. This prevents any AFK farming, large pojects, or just a chill day playing on your world. This would not be a big issue if i could download the world that me and my friends spent a year+ making and host it myself, but you have to pay to dowload your worlds. What a waste of time for all of us

You need to pay in order to download the server files and to not have your server shut down every four seconds. They are probably violating the FTC's Anticompetitive Practice laws on Single Firm Conduct.

Greedy Company Advertises free servers and over the last few years treated free server users like trash deleting our servers and now giving us a BS time limit.

Completely understand the limitations minehut has put in place recently. They're a great company and i've always been satisfied with their service. However, a friend of mine started hosting a free server a couple months ago. They never paid, so i understand the time-limit. But not allowing them to download their own world in a zip-file??? And don't try to say you can download each file individually, we're talking about 1000+ files in that case. That's just absurd to me. It screams cash-grab. A real EA-type action that i never expected of them. Very dissapointing! If you're a new player coming into contact with minehut, I would avoid at all costs! There are better, safer options these days.

It used to be my friends go-to server hosting site, but its worthless now. Definitely a cash grab, don't start a server here with friends because there's a 4 hour time limit for playing and minehut doesn't let you export your world without paying. this site is literally a trap designed to make you pay the stupid $10 fee to geet your world so you can leave it. before the recent changes? this site was 5 stars. now? not only should you not bother, you should spread the word about how scammy it is so no one else is stuck shilling out the price to get your world backup.

I bought a $15 rank then they decided to change policy to make THEM more money. Now it has no perks and my $15 was wasted. Do not buy anything with them.

They are a bunch of corrupt and greedy scammers. They would sell extremely expensive ranks (some costing well over 200 dollars) they claimed that the ranks would be permanent but one day they decided to make the ranks a monthly subscription. This would of been fine if they let people who payed for a rank keep there rank forever but instead they removed all of the paid ranks because they were so greedy making the ranks a subscription wasn't enough they had to steal hundreds of dollars from there customers too. After some backlash they gave a worthless rank that didnt even have nearly as many benefits as the ranks that people used to own (Some which costed hundreds of dollars.) I owned 2 accounts with a legend rank (Legend ranks cost over 200+ when they were claimed to be permanent) and one of the main reasons I bough it was because it was SUPPOSED to be PERMANENT. If it did not say that it would be permanent then I wouldn't of wasted hundreds of dollars on it. I also did not get any refund for the hundreds of dollars they stole from me because I bought the rank too long ago. Whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS!

ive been using the free version to host my minecraft server for 5 months now, but now the server always crashes. it used to be fine but is becoming unusable
