Minefield NavigatorReviews of minefieldnavigator.com

I highly recommend the team at Minefield Navigator. They stepped in to handle my German VAT and cleanup after my previous Amazon-recommended provider failed to file the necessary returns for 2024 and 2025. Minefield Navigator was professional, transparent about the process, and successfully navigated the communication with the German tax authorities to get everything back on track. If you are an Amazon seller looking for a dependable provider, this is the one.

Minefield Navigator handles our VAT compliance in Germany and in the UK. They registered us and helped prepare our packaging for international sales. The team was thorough in making sure everything was set up correctly. Since then, there have been no issues. Sometimes they even proactively flag possible problems for us. Communication is reliable whenever needed, which is not often. Overall, it’s a dependable and good value - a solution that just works.

We’re a U.S.-based seller using Minefield Navigator for VAT compliance in the UK and Germany. They took over from our previous provider who was unresponsive and we didn't have certainty everything was even being filed. Since setup on Minefield, filings are completed on time and we have clear visibility into what’s been submitted. When questions come up, support is responsive, knowledgeable, efficient. Overall, it’s been a reliable, reasonably priced way for us to manage VAT in Europe.

We use Minefield Navigator for selling on Amazon UK. They handled our VAT registration and take care of all ongoing filings on our behalf. The setup was quick and efficient. Their support is responsive and all questions are answered promptly. They know what they are doing and communicate directly with our accountant. The price of the service is reasonable for what we receive, and it allows us to focus on our business without worrying about bureaucracy.

We tried them after a disappointing experience with an established provider recommended by Amazon. Minefield's onboarding was smooth, with lots of personal attention and actual thoughtful questions that even made us plug some holes in our compliance that we discovered during the process. Once the account was setup, there is hardly any need to communicate - it just works. We know returns get filed because we see them in our folder, numbers are correct and correspond to our accounting records. There is good visibility on what gets done in your name through their portal and email updates we receive. If we need urgent support, there is an option to pay for a one-time call. However, we usually just email for free and get a response fairly quickly.
