This is a very fun game that was kind of ruined by microsoft but HOLY COW PLEASE FIX THE USER NAME AND PASSWORD ISSUES!!! It seems like every time I go to play it to wind down I have to reset my password like 4 times and even then it DOES NOT accept the password I know for a fact is correct

MICROSOFT SERIOUSLY, MOJANG made this game to have NO in game purchases, But YOU MICROSOFT Ruined that! I mean come on Microsoft it’s already a paid game

Erstmal zum Spiel. Das spiel ist super und macht mega viel Spaß. Meinem 6 jährigen Sohn gefällt es auch super und er kommt sehr gut damit klar. Nun zum drum herum. Das spiel hat extrem viele Fehler. Mal läd es nicht, mal muss man alles löschen und neu runterladen und installieren. Nach 40 Stunden spielspaß ist auf einmal der Spielstand defekt und alles war umsonst. Support gibt es quasi nicht und das bei einem Spiel das es schon so lange gibt. Sehr traurig. Ich habe sowas bei noch keinem Spiel erlebt. Schade. Denn es macht richti Bock. Frustriert nur extrem wenn man Tage lang baut und alles schön machst und auf einmal ist alles weg. Also bis jetzt hat mich kein Spiel so deprimiert wie das. Mein tip. Alle Minuten speichern und das auf 2 verschiedene sticks und regelmäßig in den online Speicher.

Customer service is nonexistent. I lost access to my account and their automated systems failed to send me a password recovery email, so I opened a ticket. Weeks later, still no response.

Lost Mine coins - we bought a large amount of Mine coins paying my Microsoft Gift Card my son got from me on his 8th birthday, the money showed up, all was fine from Microsoft side. Unfortunately the Mine coins didn't show up after transaction, I was with my son all the time, we checked carefully and waited, then we contacted Microsoft support first and again, they were BRILLIANT, we diagnosed the computer and games, I've reset the game and even tried it on another computer - unfortunately the Mine coins didn't show up. Microsoft asked us to contact Mojang support which we did. We've got no response for two months, me and my son are very disappointed, I thought it's a respectable company, how wrong I was. I needed to explain my 8-years old that unfortunately we will not buy anything related to Minecraft, that some people cannot be trusted and he was ok with that his money are stolen (yes, basically stolen, sorry) from his account.
