Unresponsive and amateur Throughout the whole project, the level of work including editing, formatting, distribution were poor. My book came out with a bad kindle format and wrong price tag. The whole operating model is poorly structured. Some good people there, trying to do their best, hence 2 stars. but overall I will not work with them again.
