Mind Shifting® is a transformational personal development system and online academy designed for life coaches, therapists, healers, and individuals seeking rapid, permanent breakthroughs. Founded by Stevie Kent after a decade of researching transformative human technologies, Mind Shifting provides a structured, repeatable protocol that clears problems, subconscious blockages, limiting beliefs, identities, and stuck emotions, usually in just 10–20 minutes—up to 10X faster than traditional life coaching, therapy, or hypnotherapy. While traditional coaching and talk therapy operate primarily at the conscious level—helping people understand, reframe, or analyze their issues—Mind Shifting works directly with the subconscious mind where limiting beliefs, identities, and behavioral patterns actually reside. The methodology allows clients to experience profound shifts without having to relive painful memories or wait months for results to take effect.*𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗙𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗬𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠:The Mind Shifting methodology consists of six cutting-edge methods tailored to resolve specific layers of human experience and subconscious resistance:• 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗙𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚: A rapid process that dissolves immediate, everyday issues or negative emotional states, typically in under 10 minutes.• 𝗕𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗞𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗙𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚: Designed to tackle complex clusters of interconnected problems—such as chronic anxiety, self-doubt, relationship patterns, and low self-esteem—clearing subconscious resistance at the root.• 𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗙𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚: Overcomes the "I'm not the kind of person who..." identity traps by breaking through the limiting, stuck identities that standard coaching modalities fail to shift.• 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗙 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗙𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚: Targets and neutralizes core beliefs ("I'm not good enough," "money is hard to make") that shape experience and behavior into unconscious patterns.• 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗙𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚: Clears the subconscious resistance standing
