I am really disappointed with the products AND the customer service. I ordered the outco THC tincture, and received it in a bad condition: the dropper is damaged and a a result half of the oil spilled out the pot. Also the opening cap is stuck (can't be opened). Even though this is clearly a product quality issue, the company didn't take any responsability and refuse to replace the damaged product.
