I have contacted customer services more times than I should have to. They have not resolved my issue that has been going on since may. They do not follow UK consumer law. They have refused my refund after I have not received my order. They will not take responsibility for it. THEY ARE THIEFS

I ordered a product form this website and noticed that the amount taken from bank account was more than the amount on my order. I cancelled the order two minutes after I placed it, and requested a refund, which their T&Cs said I could do as long as the item had not been dispatched. Two days later, I received a reply stating that they couldn't provide a refund as the item had been dispatched. But they did refund the additional money they had taken from my account and said I could return the item once it arrived. This was three weeks ago and the item hasn't arrived, nor has a refund been made. In anticipation of the automated reply to this review, I have already raised an issue so you have my order number and email address.

Do not buy anything from this company they're a scam their customer service is none existent and they send out fake item that are nothing like the item you actually ordered and 2 days before they send out your incorrect item they refuse as they've apparently already sent it and 2 days later you receive an email saying they're processing your order and it will be posted out soon ! Now after my review the seller wants to offer £4 refund on an item I tried to cancel after finding out they weren't sending the item I purchased but a cheap substitute item of inferior quality!

I ordered reading and distance glasses I realized they took extra payment, so I emailed them and they refunded the difference When they arrived I tried them on , they where not for for purpose I asked for a refund but gave me compensation £3 I wanted to return the glasses and get a full refund But they kept of sending me emails said they given me a compensation so they not giving my money back So I’m stuck with these glasses They are not good quality cheap made Not worth the money Stay away
