This is the best online training experience I’ve had so far. Information flow was engaging and well facilitated. Overall, the training was very impactful with materials made available after each session. Facilitator support was excellent.

I enjoyed the class as a whole but there seemed to be a disconnect as to what the VA does as a mission and how it relates to Lean Six Sigma. The class was full of interesting information but the organization and instruction had me lost and confused often. I felt like I needed slides to follow along but no slides were provided to follow in the course.

I would have loved to have a copy of a slide deck send out before training began, to follow along with during the course of the training. It would have also been helpful if the instructor followed a slide deck during the course of instruction.
