Mind Body Amore LLCReviews of mindbodyamore.com

After coming across Mind Body Amore on socials, I decided to book a consult followed by sessions as I was in a place where I was ready to be present and for my nervous system to not be in overdrive. My first session I felt a drastic difference in my brain space, reactions to things that would normally trigger me to feel anxious or unsettled and the ability to relax and not feel guilty about it. About 5 weeks in, I was talking about my experience with Amelia to my husband, best friend and her husband when my husband and best friend were able to pin point the week I started with her because they noticed the sense of calm and peace. Being in fight or flight mode for 30+ years, that not only was the best internal feeling, but the best compliment. Amelia’s sessions have allowed me to understand who I am deeper, along with the ability to be present, comfortable in my own skin, be less reactive to situations and not feel constant burn out. I can’t recommend her services enough for anyone battling with anxiety, grief, feeling inadequate or struggling with being present. She genuinely has impacted my life in one of the most positive lights.

Amelia has helped all 3 of my kids and they absolutely love seeing her. In our experience QNRT has made a profound difference in healing. We have seen physical changes such as better sleep and decreased flight or fight responses as well as better focus and more positive emotional reactions to life.

Amelia is a gifted and empathic healer!

Amelia is kind hearted, dedicated, knowledgeable and this practice has helped me through the toughest part of my life and would recommend it to anyone if they want to better their life.
