I too fell victim to this false advertisement, scam. I will not pay $20 to return items (dentures)in Hope's to get my money returned. I got taken for $46.00 . Personally I feel it would be $66.00 after all said and done. My take away is always take a minute and Google the Name that shows up on the https: address that shows when your on their web site at the check-out (before you go to pay) and that will take you to any real reviews on that site. 2nd, if there is No # to contact customer service is a Big Red Flag and an address and make sure to call first and make sure you get someone on the phone and ask them about their return policy,. People, that's the best $46.00 piece of information (well worth it) for me. Let's thank these criminals and move on. It is unfortunate bcuz we cant get our money back and my heart goes out to everyone.
