I was so excited when I saw the add for new flexible dentures! Its been almost 4 wks & nothing. I didn't even receive an email. I SO WISH I'd of done my homework or read these reviews first. I opted for the $39.99 & free S&H. I was charged $53.34. I'm pretty sure I was duped :( Guess I'll stick with Amazon!!

I placed an order DEAF 10814 at beginning of March. Everything looked okay got tracking number of the order but after that nothing showed up. I contacted Minceebien they wrote back giving me tracking number again. The last shown information as to where my order was showed it in Seattle 6 days ago. It is a 3 hour drive from there to my location still nothing 6 days later. Also looking at he shipping information I was able to get this alleged shipment has originated in China then went to Chicago then Aurora Co then to Seattle then to Salt Lake City then back to Seattle and from there no more updates. I have emailed Minceebien several times telling of this issue and have not one reply. I pretty sure I’ve been scammed by this company as they don’t reply any emails nor have I received my order. I am going to contact the fraud department of my financial institution to see if there is a way to get my money back. Based on my experience I would warn anyone interested in buying from this company to look elsewhere as my experience has show thiis company does not seem to be trust worthy.

This company claims to sell dentures and even from their videos and reviews you would think that this is what you are buying but what you are actually buying is some adjustable snap on front pieces that look like they are part of a Halloween costume. They are hard and not a soft silicone as they claim to be. Save your money and buy from someone else because these same snap ons sell on Temu and other places for less than $10.
