Mimeo has been our preferred provider for our Training Department for around 15 years. We used to print and bind in-house which took an enormous amount of time.Once we got even bigger, we knew we could no longer manage it. The site is easy to use and the only time I have issues is when I have to ship to foreign countries. You just never know what customs is going to do. When this happens, Mimeo is great in finding out what the issue is and making sure the materials get moving again as quickly as possible. Over the years, I've learned which countries can be "difficult" and know to add several days extra for shipping time - just in case. Michael Andello is my rep and has been great to work with. India in customer care is my other Mimeo Angel who steps in to help when needed. I recommend Mimeo to everyone who ever asks about printing needs. Keep up the good work!

Mimeo has been our preferred printing company for about 5 years now. We use them for a good majority of our sales/marketing material and they do an excellent job and stand behind their work 100%. Their prices are competitive and their print management system is so easy to use.

Mimeo has saved both our Training department and myself extensive time in creating and shipping out manuals on our own. It is an extremely user friendly site that gives us a quick solution where I can easily select from my personal list of uploads and have them printed exactly how I choose to have them printed and shipped directly to where we need them to go. They are always printed and boxed neatly and arrive on time. The customer service is wonderful. In the 6 years I have been using Mimeo I have had only 2 issues where I had to reach out directly to my customer service representative. They responded within minutes, fixed the problem immediately and made sure I was taken care of. They are great to work with and always available! They also reach out to me every so often to make sure I have everything available to me that I am in need of as well as making me aware of any new features available to me that I may find useful. They are also fairly priced in comparison to other sites that offer similar services.
