Compliments to the customer service
As I have been using MIMEO for more than 2 years now I would like to share my impression on Your progress and service improvement. New customer services approach is more customer friendly and approachable, but I want to compliment Paul Arnold and especially Paige Carey for their patience and support. Newly introduced approach addressing specific needs of our industry and everyday business is extremely useful and save us lot of time and efforts. THANK YOU very much for Your support and availability, prompt responses and professionalism.

Mimeo is a one stop shop for our printing and supply needs. We have used Mimeo for printing for over 10 years and they have always done an excellent job for us. We also use Mimeo's Market Place to warehouse supplies necessary for our sales team. Their website makes it easy to build and ship our projects on time. Their customer service is always ready to help with any questions or issues. Our Rep. keeps in contact to ensure we are satisfied with their service, and she works to find solutions to additional services we may need.

Mimeo does a great job supporting our company growth. I have seen from time to time, QC issues with kits going to the field missing a couple of items, or outdated materials accidentally being sent. They are always willing and able to fix any issues and do a great job as a partner.

Mimeo is quality and efficiency
Ben is a great partner in helping my team and me make sure that we receive the support we need in every step of the way. There's space for improvements in terms of features but as the company keeps growing, I'm hopefull will see them added.
