By using Mimeo, our proposal production process allowed writers additional time to create content and not focus on printing. Although it took more time than anticipated to upload our proposal documents, the process itself was fairly simple to use. Now that I have experienced using Mimeo, I know what information needs to be readily available while uploading the documents (tab titles, addressee). Unless we can create the tabs in advance? Please let me know, as this would save additional time. We had files to upload to the FTP site, and ran into some issues due to documents we sent. Perhaps we could have a list of parameters, document types which might cause the delay of file uploading. The best part of using Mimeo was the Mimeo staff. Keira Booth provided the best ever support to us while uploading our documents. She was patient, supportive, and ensuring us through the process (as we were up against a hard deadline). She made this experience much easier than expected!

Mona your customer service rep was excellent. The Mimeo platform is very confusing and time consuming when I was doing it on my own.

Customer Service was quick to cancel an order shortly after I put in the order and on another order was able to update the address shortly after putting in that order. I received confirmation that my requests had been fulfilled in both cases shortly after calling and emailing to put those requests in.

Our team loves Mimeo! They are patient, helpful, courteous and we couldn't do our jobs without them!

From storing, putting together and printing workbooks easily to providing our field staff a Marketplace where they can order materials on their own - we have been thrilled with the service. I can't count the number of times we've said "If only we can find a service that does XXX" only to find that Mimeo does it and does it well!
