We had a sequence of the binders ordered that had one section printed incorrectly. However, the good news is that our Mimeo representative corrected the matter and made extra efforts to get our reprinted section to us immediately. Great customer service!

Great service! Printouts were quickly delivered as ordered. If I may suggest a couple of points for improvement - printouts ordered were 11 x 17. Correct paper size was used. 1) A few folding issues were found. In other words, paper was folded correctly, but several sheets were slightly folded again in the middle flap by mistake. This was most likely caused by the folding machine. 2) Also, pages were correctly three hold punched, as ordered. I noticed that the holes were rather large. This is not a big issue, but it does cause the pages to sway more than usual within the binder. Another issue with the holes being larger than usual was that some of the pages were torn around the holes. I went ahead and tapped up the sheets where the paper had torn around the holes. Then, used a hole puncher to re-punch the holes needed. Overall I am extremely happy with this service. As a business owner myself, I am always looking for ways to improve. So, I thought I'd share these two pointers in the event that they may help you or your future customers. Thanks! Ken Cuadra

Mimeo is awesome. Software has a few bugs but they are super fast which is what I need.

The use of the Mimeo platform for the preparation, printing and shipping of binders is very usefu and cost effective. Although some functions are not very intuitive, like deleting documents that you've pulled in and are not in the A4 format. Otherwise, it is good. Thank you!!

Love the ability to cancel orders myself since I had the wrong back cover on our workbook and wanted to quickly cancel and resubmit myself. The only reason why I didn't rate this 5 stars is because recently, the workbook covers I've used for *years* --- I am no longer able to load because they're flagged as A4 size (they're full bleed). I have no idea what precipitated this change, but it's frustrating to have to go back, re-size the cover(s) and reload.

The team are great and very helpful. I certainly can't fault that. Their service is efficient and I would recommend. The only reason they have scored a 4 and not a 5 is because I think certain aspects could be more user friendly.
