The printing was terrible. My client was very unhappy.

I asked for a price quote on a project. They sent me a quote of $118 per unit. When I told them that was out of my budget and well over triple what other places quoted me, they said they could apply a coupon that made it only $36 per unit. This was still well above what others had quoted me and a big red flag that they are corrupt. The fact that they were just trying to screw me out of money, is a sign of a poor business model. The other companies all price quoted me around $24 per unit. They were also sent the same exact email to price quote me. This company is repulsive.

I'm giving you one star, not for this particular job, but for another that my co-worker submitted. Specific delivery instructions were given but not followed resulting in a $140 fee from the hotel where the package was delivered too early.

This one star is for the account manager we had who was a complete gem. But the platform itself felt like an archaic piece of software that was consistently breaking and creating more headaches for than anything else. I have no idea why it has so many high stars.

It is cumbersome to place an order. FedEx online is easier. And quicker
