I don't usually do surveys and write reviews but I feel like I have to this time because of our agent's tremendous support. Jeremiah is our agent and working with him for quite some time and he surely cares about the customer and he always goes above and beyond to make sure all our needs are filled. Our request often requires a short turnaround time. I mean like an hour, not a day but he is always supporting us to make it happen even late at night.
