In regards to the 2 weeks of DCRIS, and SYSTEMS (WINCARE, UQUAL, etc.) training / the content in the DCRIS Training book - Excellent. The Trainer ( Amber Clark) kept everyone engaged throughout. A well paced training with a consistent review on content/ and daily practice exercises on what we learned) Amber provided a great training environment - Excellent.
