Apart from your public reply on Trustpilot, I have never received any email, phone call, or other communication from your company. If you genuinely attempted to contact me, please provide evidence of those communications. Instead of resolving my complaint, your response focuses on questioning my identity and dismissing my experience. The fact remains that my money has not been returned and my complaint remains unresolved. If your intention is genuinely to investigate and resolve this matter, please contact me at the email address provided above and explain what steps you have taken regarding my case. I am willing to cooperate and provide relevant information through direct communication. Until this issue is properly addressed and resolved, I stand by my review and my experience with your company. Dear Reviewer, You keep posting new replies, instead of that, why don`t you please provide information through proper channel provided by Trustpilot when requested. Unfortunately, email provided by you does not exist in records, despite our repeated requests, we fail to understand why you are so reluctant in providing your proper information, as, the details provided by you appear to substantially correspond with information previously submitted by another reviewer using a different profile name wolf Game. At present, we are unable to clearly understand the basis and context of your review. Accordingly, we requested additional information through Trustpilot to enable us to identify your case and investigate the concerns you have raised in a fair and thorough manner.
