Horrible customer service. I reached out a week after my delivery was supposed to arrive and still havent gotten any response despite having shipping protection. Bad company dont care about their customers.

I will not be ordering from them again Just don't like the way my order was on hold until I uploaded id which is absurd for such a over priced dab straw like really not that serious I have bought things from sites almost ten times the price n wasn't delayed my purchases do to this kind of nonsense really just ruined my whole experience fyi.... Ur way of making sure u guys are not getting burned for payment is the reason u do it that way it ain't for my safety I'm not buying that excuse it's for my benefit umm ok sounds good not!!!!

Every food item I ordered was expired and the quartz tubes were advertised as a 5 pack but only arrived as a single.

The Chinese items have production dates not expiration dates. In terms of the quarts, they are in no way advertised as a 5 pack.

I unfortunately received the wrong slide after waiting and placing my order. The slide I received had purple horns and the one I ordered had red horns.

There verification process I had a hard time getting through for whatever reason and when I reached out to milked they said “sorry not our problem we can’t help. Re order or go somewhere else”. Being in customer service myself this was the biggest turnoff possible. Unfortunately this product is hard to find so I still had to call these a$$holes back and order my product. Still waiting on my order so very odd id get a survey email when I haven’t even gotten the product. Overall a $hit show process 🤷🏼♂️

I had it for two days it rolled off my foot tall coffee table in its case that is suppose to protect it and it broke. I could see if it wasn’t in the case but come on so how am I supposed to like this product. Or maybe I should of went with the titanium one but your site reassured me to think I could treat my self with the quartz. In all if they are all that flimsy and break that easy this is not a product for me nor will I recommend it.
