I went to get a new vehicle but found a used vehicle that was originally priced for $37,500 my loan officer told me the vehicle only appraised for $30,700 max. I contacted my salesman and he went to the manager who said it was priced wrong and was actually $27,500. I put down a deposit and started more paperwork to trade my current vehicle in and get that one. They then tried to give me $1,000 less for my trade because of a $100 piece and 4 small scratches, the manager said “if they think they can fix it, they can” (it’s two screws then pop off the piece and then pop the new one on and two screws to secure it). They called to tell me the original price was correct and that they were so busy and not paying attention when they gave me the new price and bill of sale for the car and that the old price of the car is what they are going on. They said there was nothing they could do and that it’s an unfortunate error on their part. They have been beyond unprofessional and rude this whole process. The only person who was actually kind the whole time was the salesman who was trying his best to help me. I do not recommend using them due to how the managers speak to and about customers and continue to go back and forth on their prices. Will definitely be going a different route.

They completely dropped the ball when it came to the paperwork when the truck got delivered. It came with nothing. Completely unacceptable and I had to wait an extra 2 weeks before I was able to pick it up. The agents I worked with are nice and accommodating, however the system military auto source uses when it comes to taking delivery of vehicles is quite frankly terrible. I do not understand how they allow vehicles to be delivered without any of the proper paperwork.

Do not trust this company. I purchased a vehicle overseas for delivery stateside. My salesman missed adding an additional $500 rebate and I was assured it would be added on the final agreement. It was not. I was told don’t worry it will be put in and when I pick up the vehicle I should get a check for the $500. I didn’t. Going on 6+ months now being mislead and given promises they don’t intend to honor. Escalated it to the wecare management team and they basically told me I’m not owed anything and to kick rocks. Even though I have multiple emails and messages stating I should and will receive the additional $500. When I got stateside even though the car had been delivered 2 months prior to my arrival they said there was a recall and couldn’t release it to me. Finally said it had been taken care of a week later and to come get it. Had me come in, do all the paperwork and pay taxes and fees at the DMV. And then said oh actually it’s not ready you can’t take it. Effectively leaving me stranded without a vehicle for yet another week+. Said they’d deliver the vehicle once ready and then the day of delivery said we can’t deliver come get it. MAS said that once it’s in the dealerships hand it’s not their problem. But if these dealerships are approved MAS pickup locations and that’s how they are treating your customers your absolutely should care and do something about it. So I was making payments for 4 months without actually having the car in my possession and was stranded without a rental or any compensation when they wouldn't let me pick up the vehicle once stateside.

People come to complain, I realize. But I had to take a second to say my experience was flawless. I want to thank the team in Graf for their outstanding service and going the extra mile.

The company is a fraud. Purchased a car last year and have been given the run around about the sunroof not working. Went to the company they referred us to, and was told they couldn't fix it. Now we have to take the van back to MAS to see what they can do. Which will be nothing because they don't care.

In November, I purchased a Jeep through Military AutoSource (MAS), but the car was delivered with warning lights on. I immediately reported the issue, emphasizing that this type of problem should not have been handled by the insurance but was a pre-delivery issue. The vehicle should have been delivered in perfect condition, without warning lights. Additionally, the car was delivered with a battery that does not meet the standards for the auto stop-and-go system. This only adds to the overall disappointment. MAS promised to handle the issue, but instead, they passed it to customer service in Germany, who redirected it to Jeep in Naples, leaving me to deal with the situation myself. What has been most frustrating is communicating with MAS management and sales representatives. I have spent over a month exchanging messages and phone calls, receiving promises but never a concrete plan to resolve the issue. All they do is delegate responsibility elsewhere, leaving the customer to handle everything. Now I am forced to pay upfront for insurance reimbursements and a replacement rental car. My experience with MAS has been nothing short of disastrous: poor vehicle quality, inadequate customer service, and unsatisfactory management that fails to provide solutions and shifts all the responsibility onto the customer. I strongly discourage other service members from purchasing through MAS. Organize your car purchase through other means, especially if you are deployed to Aviano or Naples. MAS overprices their vehicles and does not deliver the quality or service they claim.

Do not work with this company. This company has trust and ethical issues both inside and outside of the company. Never have I dealt with a company that is This unethical.
