Purchased it because they said they could ship to me....months later they contacted me saying they couldn't ship to me. My address was completely filled when I ordered it so what they accepted my shipping address when i ordered only to find out months later they couldn't ship to me is wild. I really wanted the item...im not in the middle of nowhere and have had many items shipped to me no problem.

Got approved for refund on a poorly functioning S7 laser. Then the company ghosted me after following their procedure for sending the product back. Paid for a shipping label, per their request. Sent them a photo of it. With no response in over a week.

While it works, the laser isn’t nearly as bright as my Bosch for the same price. Also, too complicated to add measurements together. Should be much easier. I won’t purchase from y’all again.

Spend a lot of money on a tool from here, almost £300 to be pricise, never recieved and no refund or reply. It’s been well over a month. PLEASE DO NOT BUY INTO THIS BRAND NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE TOOLS LOOK!!!!!

Don’t buy from this company, especially as a gift for someone else! Their customer service is extremely slow to respond and the company has no empathy or morals. I was pushed ads for their products all holiday season and decided to invest in, what I thought was, a nice and upscale Christmas gift for my husband. I ordered it in time for him to open on Christmas, and he decided against keeping the product due to the cost and little use for the products features. I reached out to the company and was basically told I was SOL because it was out of the return window by 11 days. The item was completely unopened and had been wrapped under the Christmas tree for over 2 weeks of my “return window”. So I would’ve had no option to return within 30 days of purchase because I was not the recipient of the item. So disappointed and in today’s economy it’s disheartening that all this company cares about is taking your money and their own bottom line. Mileseey Tools - do better! And at least have a better return policy for the holiday season.

DO NOT DEAL with is completely disreputable online dealer. They do not reply to emails. They do not honour agreements with their customers. They LIE! they refuse to refund the money that I have requested. Their product is completely inferior to comparable products. Total waste of my time and money. I hope they go out of business. Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of MIELSEEY golf

After months of waiting, they sent the item and gave me a tracking number. The item was eventually delivered to the WRONG country. So I guess somebody got a free thermal camera. Useless company.

I sent several emails to every MiLEESEY support address I could find and utilized their contact/support form from their website - responses were severely delayed and incomplete to say the least. At one point I called the toll free number and requested to be connected to U.S. based customer support. I determined there is NONE. I asked the agent what country she was located in and she wouldn't even give me that information. Subsequently during her "attempt" to assist me, she gave incorrect information. Good luck if you should need warranty support or "wish" to return one of their products.
