Hi my name is Noel , I had purchased a phantom electric skateboard three years ago, The battery has failed me multiple times from two years ago I send it to steve to get it fixed , they fixed a power button issue twice, I'm still having power button issues and battery issues.And when I called for help , the new manager was an ass, Also told me that the information in front of the computer said that they had replaced the battery with the new battery which is a lie, So my experience at miles board is that they hire unexperienced people. They put the wrong information in front of you. But I'm getting ready to look at my credit card reports, and I'm planning on suing the company because they are negligent and their product and service sucks. This was my experience, maybe you had a good experience but I certainly did not and yes I use profanity and raise my voice, so what? This is america motherfukers.

Hello my name is Michael I have been trying to get a hold of staff in regards to a battery issue with my skateboard, would you believe in 3 weeks they have not got back to me. I have called plenty of times left messages and emails to no response. I also had a previous issue with one of the employees who actually cussed me out over the phone his name was Jeff I hope he is no longer working for the company because it is a very bad look and it was an awful experience. I have spent hundreds of dollars on their product their product is amazing but their service completely sucks balls. Steve is the exemption he is a great guy. I am now getting ready to file the formal complaint if that does not work I will file a complaint against the better Business bureau if that does not work I will contact the Federal trade commission but I will get a response! My advice is do not buy anything from a company that is negligent no matter how great their product is.

Sooo disappointed in Miles Board! Had two boards both die shortly after six months, conveniently outside the warranty period. The replacement batteries have been 'sold out' for more than a year. The customer service is horrendous, seriously incompetent company. They have offered zero help or support. AVOID!!

I ordered over $300 worth of accessories from this company, including three ESCs. What I received was: One ESC only instead of the three I paid for. After filing a claim, they sent two incorrect units. They finally shipped another ESC and promised to refund me for the missing ESC and all other items. To “make up” for the trouble, they also sent used, defective parts, which I threw away immediately. Throughout this process, I dealt exclusively with someone named “Jeff.” Now they have refused to refund me and have effectively stolen my money. I live in Germany and will be filing a police report here—and I’m also exploring legal options in the United States. Be aware before you place an order with them.

OTHER ALTERNATIVES. Meepo, Exway, Loaded. And the list goes on. Why am I suggesting this? Their customer service is terrible. Think the guy or girl who left you on read but like you’re a customer. But they don’t realize that. Lol With ANY vehicle, you want good service and a reliable source for fixes and issues and questions. Yes, they just came out with the phantom. But will it take long for other brands to produce something like that or even better? I don’t think so.

If you’re reading this: DO NOT BUY! I bought the “Dual Engine” Miles board after I saw a few ads on Instagram. They had a decent following and paid some fairly famous “Instagramers” to pose with their boards, so I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, I only road the board a couple times before the board stopped working. I thought maybe the battery died, so I changed it over night but it still didn’t work. I realized it doesn’t have to do with the charger or the cable to the charger. These chargers are very commonly used and I have a few identical ones around the house and I tried using those to charge the board but the board still did not charge. I also checked the outlets and they work perfectly well. Perhaps, the battery itself is bad. It’s definitely an electrical problem. There is nothing visually wrong with the board. Like I mentioned, I only road the board a couple times and it just randomly stopped working. I made many attempts to get ahold of someone... anyone from Miles Board to tell them what was going on. Their customer service is so awful! After a dozen emails, they finally responded saying that I should try to look to see if any wires were out of place and gave some bad directions on how to do so, so I took off the deck lid like they said, only to find a bunch of glue and cheap looking wires. However, I did not see any wires that looked out of place, as that was what they said to check for. I messaged them back asking if someone could take a look at the board and see if it’s fixable and if not, we can discuss a refund. It’s also important to mention that I spent over $800 for this board - the “dual engine” board. It definitely was not cheap but it was made very cheap. I would NEVER buy this board again nor recommend it to any friends or family. I’m so disappointed and feel completely ripped off! I am waiting to hear back from someone from Miles board to see what they can do. I’ll I’m asking is to please have someone send me a new board or give me a refund.
