We understand your disappointment, especially as you had previously purchased from us and expected a much smoother experience this time. We also apologize for the delay with your order and for the lack of clear communication around stock availability. This should have been handled more transparently. Regarding the product, Detoxer 2 does have differences compared with the earlier Detoxer model, including the UV function and additional attachments. That said, we understand your concern that the unit did not match your expectations based on the website presentation. Der Betrag wurde inzwischen über Ihren Zahlungsanbieter zurückgebucht. Our operations and fulfillment run from separate facilities - everything is properly documented and above board.
