The dispatcher, Nicole, did an amazing job. She was very polite and helpful throughout the whole process, despite the other party giving her trouble. The driver was also fantastic and very polite.

Great experience from start to finish. Pickup happened earlier than expected, but the driver and dealer coordinated everything smoothly. Transport was fast, the driver's communication was excellent, and I always knew what to expect with the delivery. Drop-off was easy, payment was straightforward, and the entire process went better than I anticipated. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing vehicle transport.

I recommend Mile Transport to everyone. Vanessa @ Mile Auto Transport is who helped me arrange my vehicle transport. She answered her phone everytime I called and responded to emails practically instantly, every time. My transport left earlier than promised and arrived earlier than promised, there were no delays and no excuses and no problems. Vanessa told me that the driver would contact me once they were assigned and the driver did and the driver kept me updated throughout the transport process. Mile Auto Transport is great, they have a lot of reasons I can state, some you can read above.. Vanessa is one of the main reasons and I know there are a lot of components involved and Vanessa put them all together. I cannot t think more highly of her she has all of my appreciation. They worked very diligently when my car was delayed by about a week. In the end, they helped me secure my car and a discount for the delay. Both services were great actually, and the delay was no ones fault. But they still helped me in every way they could.
