MileageWise Inc.Reviews of mileagewise.com

I’m pretty tech-savvy, but I wanted something convenient that wouldn’t require me to build my own program, and MileageWise has been perfect for that. The app is easy to use, runs smoothly without crashes, and doesn’t drain my battery or eat up data. I also really like that it respects privacy by only logging arrivals at destinations instead of tracking my every move. It’s a simple, reliable solution that just works, and that’s exactly what I needed

MileageWise has been a great addition to our trip logs without the added manual labor. It’s easy to use, well designed and fast with no crashes. The mobile app is battery and data friendly as well. I would highly recommend MileageWise app-It’s the best tool I’ve ever used!

I've been using MileageWise since April 2024 and am happy with how helpful it has been in organizing, tracking, and recording all my drive time data. To start with, I used their mileage log recovery. This program was able to take my Google Timeline and turn the information into an actual usable mileage log. This led me to purchasing their on-going tracking system for life. I am very happy with it. Not only has it been easy to use, but it definitely has helped me stay organized. I haven't experienced any crashes while using it, nor have I noticed the app eating through my battery. My wife greatly appreciates that it isn't tracking my every move, as it only logs my arrival locations. The app allows for easy editing and quick changes, which I also appreciate greatly. My experience with their customer service has been great. They are both helpful and prompt. Thank you for a great product that makes staying organized so much easier.

Mileage Wise has been super simple to use! The support team is attentive and knowledgeable, 10/10 experience!

Great application that has allowed me to run my business with efficiency. I am a small business owner and a soccer coach. This meant traveling a lot for work. With this application I have been able to sort my miles for my business, for my coaching job and personal all in one place and simply. I 100% recommend this application for anyone who travels for work.

Great functionality and amazing customer support.

Absolutely the best mileage tracker ever. I'm able to drive and track my miles with little effort

MileageWise is easy to use and has a unique Google Takeout conversion tool The MileageWise app is a fabulous way to start your mileage tracking process. Plus, MileageWise offers a service tool that is unique and powerful, the easy conversion of Google Takeout JSON files to a usable Excel format, including creation of IRS acceptable mileage logs. Best of all, IRS acceptable mileage logs can be created for virtually any time period recorded in Google Timeline for your drives and mileage. It’s easy to use and produces IRS acceptable mileage logs in minutes. No other mileage tracking service that I have found has this tool. All other solutions I’ve seen and tried are time consuming and frustratingly difficult to use. I’ve tried converting Google Takeout JSON location and travel log files using Excel’s data import tools, but the results are complicated, confusing, and difficult to use (way too much data that is not formatted correctly). What’s worse is that Excel’s Power Query JSON data import tool apparently needs to be recreated for every monthly mileage file. The time required to import the data is enormous, and a great deal more time is required to make the information usable for its intended purpose, a simple mileage log that the IRS will accept. If you need the mileage logs, MileageWise has the right tools. Using them saves your irreplaceable time and energy for the productive tasks that make you money.
