Not worth the price because of the shipping cost which is more than half the cost of the book. As for the book itself, do away with all the useless charts and record sheets in the back. Make the exercise diagrams and instructions larger. The print is much to small to be easily read while exercising.

We like the contents of this book and we are sure we will find it very helpful as we enter our twilight years. I think the only negative would be the book is so small to what was advertised, but in saying that, it will be worth our while. The tracking of the parcel was great and we were kept up to date on the delivery date. Cheers.
