This company is a scam! I accidentally ordered two pairs of the same color, so I contacted customer service to have the order corrected, as it had not yet shipped. Despite the order not being shipped, the full amount was charged to my credit card. On May 28, I requested to cancel the order. A few days later, I received confirmation that the order had been canceled and that a credit would be issued to my credit card. However, the credit was never processed, and all of my follow-up emails regarding the refund were ignored. I ultimately had to contact my credit card company to file a claim for the purchase. I will never order from this company again

It’s a total scam website. The jean i received was more of a legging than a jean, very bad quality. I’ve kindly asked for a return and refund, several times, no one replies on their contact email. I’ve tried via their instagram page, and i got blocked. It’s a scam.

I am very nervous to spend this money and then have to pay to return them even if that’s possible.
