This is totally a scam!! I just received after a month of waiting, the most horrible of what might be a pair of jeggins! I can’t even explain what they look like plus after ordering an extra karge( I’m 140 pounds and 5,6) they won’t go passed my knees! I’m trying to get a prepaid return label and they won’t even answer the 21 emails I’ve sent. Isn’t there anyone out there that can’t stop these scammer?!! This is not fair!!

Ordered 6/21, finally arrived 7/10. Sizing way off - Medium way too small (I'm a size 6). Requested return label 7/11, no word. Followed up on 7/19. Was told on 7/20 that there were warehouse issues impacting returns and that my return would be prioritized. Still. nothing. Emailed them again 8/1. Was told 8/2 that warehouse undergoing construction and they can't process returns. Offered store credit or full refund. I asked for a full refund. It is now 8/19 and have not seen or heard back about the refund, after multiple requests. Do not recommend this company.

My story is much like the other 1 star reviews. I received the dark denim sweat pants and didn’t like how faded out they looked and they were a little tighter than I’d like. So, reached out to CS. They were responsive and assured me I would received a darker pair in a larger size. They also said I would get a return label. 8 weeks later and I don’t have the new pants or the return label. I was told that the warehouse had a fire and they were slow processing the return label. This is a scam for sure. Don’t buy from them!

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. The "sweatpant" jeans look nothing like the photo and I immediately requested a refund the same day I received them. I have been getting the run around ever since. Would never buy a product from them in the future. BUYER BEWARE

If I could have left no stars I would have. Warning to anyone thinking of buying from this company. If you have a return , they will not give you the return address to complete return and get my Refund.. I've been emailing this company for weeks. Still no address ... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered one pair, they charged and sent me 3! None of them fit... Still they won't give me return label or return address....

Shipping took 3 weeks. The jeans were not as depicted in the ads. They looked like denim print polyester. Good luck returning them and getting your money back--"customer support" takes forever to respond and when they do it is the run around. I'm in the process of disputing the charge on my card.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered the sweatpant jeans and they do not fit at all. Customer Service keeps telling me over and over their warehouse is down and they are unable to send me a return label - its been nearly 2 months now. They are a scam and I am very unhappy with this purchase and the customer service is non-existent. I placed the order June 21st and still no return label.
