Mila Rosabella is a total SCAM! My story is like all of the other 1 star ratings. I received jeans instead of sweatpant jeans. I requested a return label. Never could get one. After sending many emails with only a few replies, I finally received an email saying a refund had been processed and would hit my account in 7-10 days. That time period has passed. No refund! Throughout this 6 week ordeal, I have researched and found that their so-called warehouse is a storage facility. The return address on the package I received from them is: GESS, 4055 Austin Blvd., Island Park, NY 11558. They are obviously a fraudulent business. The 5 star ratings listed on Trust Pilot are prodominantly left from people with "male" names which is suspect, in itself. My bank has provided me with the protocol to receive a chargeback. It's long and not guaranteed but I'm willing to do it. If you read this review and still choose to order from Mila Rosabella, at the very least, use a credit card and NOT a debit card for your purchase. When they screw you like they've done me and many others, you will stand a better chance of getting a credit for your purchase.

I received 2 pairs of regular denim jeans that had ZERO SWEATPANT material. There jeans were not as advertised. I was completely disappointed after waiting 3 weeks for them to arrive. I wrote them and requested a refund the day that I received them. I still haven't received a response. This is definitely a scam.

I received my order after a very long delay and hated the items I ordered. The quality was incredibly cheap and I wanted to return them only to find out that they never replied to their emails, which is the only way you can get a return shipping envelope I would discourage anyone from purchasing anything from here no matter how reasonable the price might seem Unless you’re willing to throw your money away

If I could leave a zero or a negative -3 I would. I ordered one pair and needed another. They said they would send me a return label but never did. I’m the meantime their limit of time on their very short return policy disappears. That is clearly by design. The pants are poorly made and not the quality you would expect for the price. DO NOT ORDER from them. It will be a nightmare, and you will lose money if you need to return.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased this awful quality product, they aren’t worth more than spending £5 on . They look like cheap market stall jeggings . Please stop yourself from being dragged in by the photos and social media posts about these . Ive been trying to get a refund for four weeks now and have sent numerous messages to Milarosabella . Ive had one message back from them offering me a store credit . Im fuming at this company for not getting back to me again or giving me a full refund after buying this product on good faith !!! One star rating is way to generous!!!!

Difficulty in getting a response regarding a return. Received on 8/27. Contacted for return on 8/28 and follow up 8/29. These jeans are not like sweat pants. And they are not true to size in the waist. The phone number is no longer in service. Also read the small print …if returned you get store credit or return shipping is not free.

A total scam! Pants are represented in a manner which looks like the authentic sweat jeans ( aka Rag and Bone) In reality they look like a rag to clean your house with. It's a cheaply printed image on a cheap polyester fabric (not sweatpant material)

If I could give this company a negative value, I would. Don’t go anywhere near them. They are fraudulent, phony and I’m sure not a real company. They never sent me a return label that I requested for their sub par, knock off, lousy quality merchandise. despite multiple promises. They never sent me a refund thst they said had been processed. They are liars and should not be allowed to operate as legitimate company. It’s a scam!!!
