Received order. Doesn't fit. Requires return authorization for a refund. No phone number and sent 2 emails directly and one to their support link from website. NO RESPONSE

I Gave this one star, but if I could it would be zero. DO NOT ORDER from this company. It’s a SCAM. They only have an email and the telephone number they provided has been disconnected. The jeans are regular cheap jeans that’s not worth $20. There is no stretch to these jeans and it is most definitely NOT sweatpants. If you ordered as I did, be prepared to not get your money back. I read the reviews prior to ordering and still decided that maybe it would be a different experience. Shame on me!! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB if I don’t get my money back or the item I actually ordered. I really don’t think they would care either way because people like me continue to buy from them even after reading the shitty reviews. Also their refund policy is a store credit or if you return the item and they approve the return it’s on your dime to return an item that was misrepresented on their website. You are loosing out twice… The brand should be ashamed of what their company is doing to had working people, taking their money and not providing the correct item. I just sent an email to them to get a refund or the actual item I ordered and will continue to send emails until I get a response that is acceptable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY..

NEVER PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM MILAROSABELLA!! The sweat pant jeans are nothing like advertised!!! They are the cheapest pair of pants I’ve ever come across. I tried to return them which web site says easy returns. BS. I sent over 10 requests for return label and their response was to send info which I did 10 times. Finally contacted my credit card for them to dispute. I REPEAT Do NOT PURCHASE Anything from them!

I was scammed! Jeans are not stretchy at all nor do they feel like sweat pant material as advertised. Company won't answer requests for a return label. Also the shipping is very slow. Don't waste your money!

First, it took my order a month to arrive. The sweatpant jeans are extremely cheap looking and are not a good fit. I have emailed them at least 15 times in the past two weeks trying to return this item. They responded one time and asked why I was returning them, even though I had already stated the reason. I would not recommend this company and will never order from them again!!

I wanted to leave a zero star review. Horrible customer service. I emailed them many times with no response. Finally put a dispute in with my cc company. Maybe that’ll make them email me!!!

The worst online product and experience took almost a month to get my order , that looks nothing like the picture . The pant is poorly made , in a ridiculous looking wash in gross fabric ! The whole thing is zero - total trash Very disappointed !!

Received order alot quicker than I expected. Sizing is totally off - they run so small. I have emailed the company 3 times now in 3 days for a Return Authorization, no response. I called the phone number, it's disconnected. Huge Scam ---- Now onto figuring out how to get my money back. Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering and someone else finds this helpful before wasting their money!
