Pants look nothing like the website picture, phone number is disconnected, will not respond to emails for return and refund information, total scam! Don’t order!!!

I have asked repeatedly for a return label so I can exchange sizes. It has been close to a month and I haven’t received anything but an email saying they would send me a return label. NOTHING!!

I received an order of plain thin cheap jeans. They absolutely zero characteristics of sweatpants. Complete waste of time and money. I will be returning.

I ordered pants 23 days ago and still nothing. The tracking number gets you nowhere. After reading all the reviews I’m sorry I wasted my money on these…if I ever get them. Lesson learned… be sure to read reviews first.

I have also purchased a pair of jeans from Mila Rosabella( sweat pants ones) they are like regular jeans by the way. I am also not getting any response today is my third email absolutely NO response. This is terrible customer service.

This company is a total scam! Stay away. They used influencer content from rag and bone and pretended it was for their own product. The actual product is HORRIBLE. Itchy, cheap, awful. And they claim you have 14 days to return, but they never reply to your email. TOTAL SCAM! They should be investigated and shut down.

Like other customers, I too am having difficulty returning items that do not fit and getting replacements with a different size. I have sent 5+ e-mails and though they say they will e-mail the label shortly, I never receive. Going on more than a week and still waiting for return label. I think they may be a scam as well. I just want to return and get replacements - not even looking for a refund. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with!

Received the sweatpant jeans after a long delay. The details did not look like the pics on-line and even though I checked their size chart, the jeans did not fit. The only way to contact them for a return is through an email address. In my email I stated the issues and wrote I would like to return the jeans for refund. After several days I received an email writing that if I wanted to return them to let her know and I would receive instructions on how to do so. I wrote again and said my original email stated I wanted to return them and again I needed to know how to do so. No response. I have followed up three additional times with no response. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Stay away from this company! Product and customer service sucks!!!
