It's a scam. After almost a month cheap jeans finally arrived...not the sweatpants jeans I ordered. I am unable to start a return online.

I have attempted to contact this company multiple times regarding an order I placed a month ago with no success. I’ve sent four emails, tried the phone number listed on their website (which is not in service—should’ve been my first clue), and even searched for alternate contact details through social media. Nothing. Their website claims orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days. By that timeline, my order should have arrived two weeks ago. Instead, tracking shows it’s been sitting at the KUN Warehouse since the first of September with no updates, which it still shows, even though the package finally arrived today. What I received is absolutely nothing like what’s advertised. This 'company' is a COMPLETE SCAM: they are not made of sweatpant material, the pocket lining is thin white fabric (their site shows a jean look), buttons and metal details are fake, just printed white circles, has no zipper or button closure, and they run very small, even though I sized up based on the measurements they state on their 'website'. Their so-called influencers are promoting sweatpant jeans with actual sweatpant fabric, real pockets (front at least), real belt loops, a zipper, and a button closure. That’s what I thought I was ordering. What I received is a fraudulent knockoff that isn’t even close. To make matters worse, packages are being shipped from private individuals, not a legitimate company location. I know this because my MIL ordered a pair as well, and hers shipped from Abby in Chicago, while my order shipped from Hazel in New Windsor, NY. My MIL is just as disgusted as I am. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

If I could give a "0" it would be that. Ordered a pair of their "sweatpants jeans" and they are nothing but a $5 pair of cheap wide leggings that are not the correct size. Contacted them to return and they don't have a phone number, they say their "return warehouse" it under construction so you can't return anyways right now. They keep trying to get me to order something else instead of returning my money. This is a flipping nightmare. Guess I just blew $89 on "sweatpants jeans" that should have been $5.

Terrible customer service if you want to make a return. I would not recommend placing an order with Milarosabella. What I received was not what was described. I wanted sweatpant jeans and received regular jeans. Not sweatpant material. And they were a cheap material on top of that. Very disappointing.

I ordered the wrong size. Too small not true to size also too short. All I want to do is exchange for a bigger size do you think I can get an exchange label. Total run around. I have sent all info required at least 3 times and still no label. Very Frustrated customer Still waiting

They supposedly sent my order with the worst tracking information, and no details. It has been over a month and I still do not have my product as the tracking information is stating that it was undeliverable due to inaccurate zip code. My order has the correct zip code. I've emailed three times stating please refund my order and they keep asking me for my order number. I do not believe this is an actual company and this supposed(Jessica) is just a bot that randonmlly answers the email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I should have known it wasn't legit, beause you cannot leave a rating on their website. Influencers should be shot for saying how great these are because they are getting a cut at my expense.

It took over a month for my order to arrive. The quality is very disappointing and now I am not getting a response to intructions of how to get a refund and return the jeans.

Received pants. Too small. Tried to contact via email, website form and phone to exchange. Email comes back undeliverable. Phone number is disconnected. Put a dispute in with my credit card company.
