May I join the other negative reviews for the Mila Rosabella levis a purchased...what a waste. They arrived 3 weeks after the order and do not fit. When I tried to use their 14 day return policy, they won't answer my emails. I'm totally disgusted with their company and the product, as well.

1 star because that’s the lowest rating it will let me pick. Been going through back and forth with a return and they respond but ask the same question over and over. Now saying they don’t have room for returns. I still want a return but no response yet. Cheap quality and smaller than expected.

Wish I could give it less then one. They sent the wrong items. They did not send a return label after weeks of emails. No communication. No customer service. Stay away

I contested this charge with Amex. They wrote to company and then i was recharged with a fee for refusal. They should not be allowed to sell in the USA. RUN RUN RUN away from this company.

I’ve always been wary of dropshippers and Instagram ads, but after seeing this brand promoted by an influencer, I decided to give it a try. Big mistake. The jeans I received look nothing like the pictures. The pockets are white, the button is painted on, and they don’t pass for real jeans at all—they look like cheap knockoffs. Honestly, you’re better off buying Halara or Good American. I’ve been reading other reviews, and it seems the company is doing exactly what people warned about. I emailed them the day the jeans arrived—two days ago—and again every day since, but I’ve received no response. They claim you have “14 days for a refund,” but if I don’t hear back, I’ll be filing a dispute with my credit card company. Buyer beware—don’t waste your money.

I’d give ZERO stars if I could. It took my order weeks to arrive. I order jean sweatpants. They suck!!! They are not what you see in the pictures. They have buttons and zippers….unlike sweatpants. The material is flimsy and the pattern is printed on it. They are also very small for the sizing. I’ve sent 4 emails in the last week and I’ve contacted them through the website. It’s ABSOLUTELY A SCAM!!!

Non responsive customer service (SCAM) I found these so-called sweatpants jeans from an influencer on Instagram and not only are they not what they say they are and not good quality forget even trying to return them. Customer service is non-responsive after a total month social media has become influencers playground convincing you to buy whatever they're promoting for their benefit I would not buy from Mila Rosabella ever hoping to save another girl from wasting money

I have requested a refund label for a return and refund multiple times. I had someone respond that said it would come in a week and this was a few weeks ago. I continue to attempt to communicate with them with no response. I would not buy anything from this company as they do not follow their guidelines for customer service.
