The worst experience of my life! The order took over a month to arrive. The pants were not only cheap but they were too small and too short! I am going on 3 weeks trying to get a refund. Like others I’ve received emails saying if I wanted credit or a full refund. Another email said their warehouse is not accepting returns at the moment but they will give me a full refund. They asked me this maybe 5 times. I’ve responded to their last email 7 times! Still nothing! I’ve never in my life experienced anything like this! They should be shut down!

I never received my order. Contacted them 4 times with no response. Lost $60. Do not purchase. SCAM

DO “NOT” order from this company!!!!!! ⚠️ WARNING. The products you see on line are NOT the products you receive. Total scam. First, it took way too long to get the product. Second, not even close to being what it looked like on line. Must be coming from China. Looked like something you would get from the dollar store. Tried to get a refund and no response. The quality and size of their sweatpants jeans is not acceptable. The medium and large are exactly the same size. I attempted to return both pairs and I have not been able to get a return email. The phone number is disconnected. So frustrating!

Leather jeans looked nothing like photo, and the leg length is for that of a very small person!! I have tried to contact them on several occasions now re exchange or refund and have no replies at all. Very bad service and very over priced for item which I received!!

I received the pants September 5/25 and immediately tried them on. I am a size 8 and ordered a medium. They looked absolutely awful on. I have emailed their support@milarosabella as instructed five times with a response only once. I have requested a full refund and a shipping label so I can return the pants because all tags are still on. I haven't a heard from them since September 13th. BIG MISTAKE TO BUY FROM THEM. Terrible company to deal with and terrible product.
