I have tried sending emails regarding exchanging and/or returning my items and I have not received a response.

Put one star as I had to they are the worst so called company please don’t order from them. They send you this lovely message when you place your order then nothing no communication, no tracking, no response when you finally receive the item which is the cheapest no quality piece of rubbish. Ironically I keep receiving marketing emails showing there product, what a joke, I am thinking of tracking this lot down and will continue to investigate how I can make them accountable for the lack of customer service. Very very unhappy

I finally received my order after waiting several weeks. The quality is not as described and the fit is wrong. The inside pocket lining is white and not sewn correctly so it really stands out. The material is very cheap looking. I immediately wrote to the company for a refund. I have sent them an email daily for the past 5 days with no response. When I called the number on there website, it’s been disconnected. Very disappointed. It’s a scam!

I agree with everyone on here. After 6 weeks I got the WRONG ORDER. I sent over 10 emails to someone named Jessica and she assured me as of 9/22 that my new order was being shipped with the correct items. Never happened. You cannot get a hold of anyone at this company. Worst customer I have ever seen. I am an avid online purchaser and never had such bad service.

Do NOT order from this company! I ordered the Sweat Pant Jean from an Instagram post by dawnedonmeblog. She said in her post the jeans ran large and she was wearing an XS. I weigh 104 lbs., so I ordered an XS. The jeans took weeks to arrive! And when they finally arrived, they were too small. I have tried multiple times to contact the company for a return, but received NO RESPONSE. I've also reached out to dawnedonmeblog and she hasn't responded either. My next step is to report the company to the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered the sweatpants jeans. Took weeks to receive. They are hideous! Nothing ike pictured. Look like paper. I have sent numerous emails to customer support and no reply. They have a 14 day return policy. I tried to call phone number but it is disconnected. They should be shut down. These jeans were 50.00 and shipping. Do not order from this company!

I echo others when I say this company is a scam. I ordered sweatpants jeans and received just regular jeans. I immediately contacted them for a return. I emailed multiple times and actually finally got a response. The customer service rep asked if I was open to an exchange, but also it was “fine if I wanted a refund!” Because I don’t trust them at all at this point, I asked for a refund. Silence since then.

Complete scam. Ordered two pair of “jeans” and they are ridiculous-looking, cheap knockoffs that look nothing like their ads. The “picture” of the jeans is literally printed on the fabric. The sizing is way off, but when I emailed to return (as is set out on their website), I have never received a response. Beware!
