Do not purchase from Mila Rosabella. The product was not as described (they were not soft, they were jeans, and 2 sizes too small), and you cannot get hold of anyone to return them. Absolutely no response from customer service, and I have tried all different channels. I suspected I had been scammed when the package arrived via USPS from an individual, by the name of Abby Adkins from Chicago, as opposed to a company.

Product received not as described. Size guide considerably smaller than comparable products. Return and/or exchange guidelines set forth by company for free shipping label request via email from customer to be emailed to customer support team within the 14-day of delivery not upheld by no less than 4 separate emails as of 10/12/2025. Website phone numbers have been disconnected. However, company continues to solicit me multiple times per day to purchase more merchandise.

If I could give no stars I would. This is a scam. Phone number listed on their website says number disconnected when you call. Have never received my order and tracking info says bad result now and tracking information is not available. Will be looking into how to pursue action against this company.

I’ve sent 4 emails to get return instructions because the size I received what not what I ordered. Also, the phone number listed on the website is disconnected. What does it take to get an email response? What a scam!

Jeans received are not sweatpant jeans....just regular denim and measurements are off. Cannot get to a website, only tells me it's a bad request. It's disheartening for sure. I foolishly fell for an influencer who was used in an AI scam. I guess we sometimes have to learn the hard way.

Cannot believe I did not check the reviews before I ordered! And, as mentioned, the link to "support" is nonexistent. I emailed them and hope to hear back so I can return them. Quality: The sizing on the "sweatpants" jeans is off. The material is thin and definitely not sweatpants. The bleaching looks terrible (my entire zipper is bleached white and nothing around it is bleached). The zipper does not work smoothly and gets stuck.

If I could give 0 Stars, I would. SCAM Jeans do not resemble photos advertised Sizing is way off Promised immediate credit- Nothing Said warehouse under construction and cannot accept returns CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD CO AND GET REFUND IS THE ONLY WAY TO HANDLE THIS
