I have bought a couple of pairs from this site and both are excellent. I tried recently to get another pair that were clearly very popular and was told that they may be out of stock. I was regularly updated and told they had them and would be shipped immediately. I got them today....more than 2 weeks earlier than expected! Amazing customer service!

Paid for a pair of casual UK size 7 got size 9 and with some dirt on the sole, asked to replace never got reply
