Extremely Unprofessional and Dishonest – Avoid at I hired Mike Ncube to run a one-month Google Ads campaign for our clinic, and the experience was nothing short of appalling. The campaign delivered terrible results, with £2,500 spent and only two conversions — no strategy, no optimisation, and no communication on improvements. Despite telling him in writing that I would review performance before continuing, he went ahead and charged my card £400 without permission for a second month — after I had already paused the campaign and removed his access from the ad account. He ignored multiple refund requests and continued to justify the charge based on vague terms never agreed upon. This person is not only unprofessional but operates in a way that borders on fraudulent. Be extremely careful before giving him access to your business accounts or payment details. I’ve had to involve my solicitor to pursue the refund. Absolutely not recommended.
