Do not apply with this company (I was scammed) because…
Do not apply with this company because allegations of negligence and DOL departments will know that, working with bad and weak lawyers, don't sign up with De La Fuentes. I signed my contract in August/2022, MCC made a real application for me, so far so good. my case was audited in September/2023, they did not respond, my case was almost 18 months and I was asking for answers and they were saying that the DOL had not responded. I only found out through Dol when the information became public that my LC was denied in January/2024. Being denied is fine but MCC lied for me for months. I have all emails. Do not sign with this company, after that I discovered and learned how to use government public information and I found that this company has many DENIED PERM and my suggestion is they apply for more vacancies than the sponsor may have or they have incompetent lawyers (De La Fuentes). I had two Eta 9089 applied incorrectly even after I corrected it. 2 ETA applied with typo and information error, this is not beyond MCC, this is incompetence… and why does MCC refuse to send me the denied letter??? I understand that the process can be denied, ok! but incompetence is not accepted in this process…and you made my process wrong, like many who called me privately in the Telegram group. I'm still waiting for my denied letter. Send it to me and then we can discuss this issue, because your response makes it seem like my case was denied and it's as simple as that... my case was denied, I don't know why and you didn't tell me. I discovered it on my own with the guidance of a lawyer. The Department of Labor and Immigration will be responsible for informing you whether you acted correctly.
Response from MCC USA Global Workforce SolutionsMay 27, 2024
Dear Liliane, We appreciate your feedback and deeply regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused. MCC USA specializes in recruiting international talent and workers for companies based in the United States. However, it is important to note that the visa process and approval depend on legal steps and various U.S. government entities. Therefore, MCC USA cannot guarantee the final outcome of the process. We want to assure you that we have approached your case with the utmost seriousness and dedication, working diligently to comply with all requirements and procedures established in the EB-3 Visa Program. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, the U.S. government entity decided to audit your case and subsequently denied your application—decisions that were beyond our control. Additionally, as we have already explained, up until March 2024 the perm disclosure data showed no update in your case, and for that reason the law firm submitted an inquiry to the DOL asking about the status of your application and immediately our team shared the inquiry details with you. In May 2024, the perm disclosure data showed the case was denied. It was only then, when we became aware of this unfortunate decision. MCC does not have a denial letter and we have already requested the law firm to contact the DOL to get a copy of this. It is important to emphasize that MCC USA has been at your service at all times and has fulfilled all our agreed-upon responsibilities, always acting with transparency and clarity based on the information that is available to us. Once we receive the denial letter, our team will share it with you. If you have any further questions or need more information, please do not hesitate to contact our team. Sincerely, MCC USA Team
