Migrate MateReviews of migratemate.co

I needed an E3 visa quickly and was stressed. Migrate Mate are so reassuring, very responsive, quick to act, and made the process so simple. They also offer free 20 minute consultations. I signed up for one the day after my interview, to ask some niche questions about my situation, and Mihailo was so helpful! They somehow got me an appointment earlier than expected at the Sydney consulate and prepared all of my paper work for me. Would recommend 100 times again!!

I needed a last minute E3 visa processing in Australia and Migrate Mate came to the rescue to assist me through the entire process from completing the DS-160 and booking an appointment through to ensuring I had all the relevant support material and docs for the meeting in Sydney. Their customer support was so much better than lawyers I’ve previously used and they as fellow Aussies they really know the ins and outs of E3s and the process back home to get an appointment.

Cancelled my subscription because it wasn’t worth it!! Logged in just to see and they renewed my subscription with the card on file. Didn’t refund and no response to repeated emails

Mihailio and the team were supportive, responsive and professional throughout the E3 visa process. From start to end in less than 3 weeks. This was my second E3 and the Migrate Mate platform made the process 10x easier (and 5x cheaper) than when I did it last time with a lawyer.

Update: After posting this review, the co-founder reached out personally, apologized, and issued a full refund. I appreciate that it was resolved in the end. - Requested a refund almost 2 months with all required documentation, including screenshots. What followed was a series of automated replies that ignored everything I had already submitted, asking for forms I had filled, screenshots I had sent. When I pushed back, they promised to connect me with a human agent. That was 10 days ago. No response since. $29 may not seem like much, but the complete lack of accountability and the disregard for a paying customer says everything about how this company operates. Avoid!

Won’t refund me or stop payments.

Super easy to use and sign up! Highly recommend.

Migratemate was super helpful and was honestly one of the best job search tools I used while trying to find positions in healthcare. They made the process feel extremely smooth, and I was able to easily get my current medical assistant job stress-free. The team was also super responsive, and I was able to talk to them personally during my job-search process. Overall, incredible service and would definitely recommend.
