Just wanted to tell you guys that I am a walking spokesperson for your wallets. My PB&J wallet that I bought back in 2013 -- still gets commented on regularly. For the past 5 years or so, my wallet has looked like a stack of dirty napkins, haha! Even strangers have said to me lately, "I think it's time for a new wallet". Just wanted to drop you guys a note and say thank you! After 13 years, I just ordered a new PB&J!

Very happy with my mighty wallet! I got a few extra goodies, too. I’ve been using the wallet for a little bit over a month now, and probably won’t get another traditional wallet after this. From the small interaction I’ve had with the founder, he seems like a genuinely good person and that makes me happy to give my money to someone who is kind and doing good in this world. But I sincerely value each customers perspective and it's so rewarding to know that the crazy idea I had over 20 years ago still creates surprise and happiness in the world. I've owned two Dynomighty wallets now and tried to buy two more. It's a shame, because I like the core product despite bad experiences, but I can't recommend them anymore. I've received more compliments than any other wallet I've owned, and I've found the scales and formulae genuinely useful going to the hardware store. However, they are very expensive, requiring replacement in two years or less and the company is atrocious. As an American living overseas they are everything poor US companies are known for. They charge US$38 for shipping two flat wallets and a card ($138 value) that can fit in a standard envelope. Most recent order placed 30 June, still not arrived by 12 August. Company's first response was to blame 'foreign post' when our 'foreign post' is demonstrably great from other US companies and other countries. Their second response (to a refund request) was silence since they had my money. For such an easy-to-ship product, they do a horrible job of it. So while I'd like to support the creativity and value of the product, I recommend NOT doing business with them. ***** Update ***** Only after seeing a bad review, the company did respond to my email and did refund my purchase. They sent a heart-strings email, still believes 'foreign' postal systems were at fault and that they had no agency. They sent a paper wallet via envelope which arrived within 12 days as expected of international post norms. I appreciated all of these 'make it right' actions, but the number of excuses instead of just doing it right in the first place or recognising the problem before being held publicly accountable only restores so much trust. Still, fun product, if your purchase price is disposable, go ahead and support them.

I’m sorry for the trouble you’ve had in receiving your Dynomighty wallets in New Zealand. As a small family-run business, international shipping has always been one of our biggest hurdles because we can't prepay for duties and what can happen is local post offices can hold items for duties but in your case that was only part of the problem with your order. Your order was returned to us eventually because your name was not properly filled out, and not by any fault of ours. In addition your order was FULLY refunded (minus shipping) and replacements were sent FREE of charge which you acknowledge having received. I don't know what your (edited) accusation of being "bordering on xenophobic" has to do with any of the fulfillment issues we have discussed. We treat all our customers with respect and try to solve all issues when they arise. Dynomighty has been around since 2002 — we’ve shipped over a million wallets around the world — and we remain committed to fairness, creativity, and care in every product we send out. We’re not Amazon, just a small team (often just me and my daughter packing envelopes), and we are more hurt from negative reviews. Hopefully other customers can judge for themselves if they think your review here (and the 1 star reviews you placed on our products on other sites) fairly reflects the full effort made to resolve your situation.

If your looking for a slimmer wallet you definitely gotta give the mighty wallet a try. The OG tyvek wallet since 2005 and the quality is definitely better then some of there competitors. Definitely give mightywallet.shop a try if your in the market for a slimmer wallet that you barely even notice is there.
