I got a skin for the razer naga trinity mouse, and the pictures looked NOTHING like the final product. It isnt fit well AT ALL. the skin was way smaller than the mouse, and across the main body were these notches cut in to "help make it fit" but all it did was leave giant gaps on the main body of the mouse. I ended up having to cut the bottom part of the skin (where the palm rests on the mouse) off because it looked so terrible. It was a birthday present and i was embarrassed to give it away.

Unprofessional and Unhelpful
I ordered a skin for my laptop and followed the tracking number. The tracking number indicated that my package was delivered, but I did not receive it. I contacted customer support asking if I could get a replacement sent since I did not receive the product I paid for. I was told that they would not send me a replacement because the tracking number indicated that my product was delivered. I then asked if I could have a refund since I paid for something that I did not receive, but I was told that they "are not able to provide a refund on an order that is marked as being delivered unless the order is returned to us."
Update:
I finally was able to get a replacement sent to me. However, when I received it, it was very poor quality. The color did not look like it did on the website, and it looked very cheaply made. I looked up the return policy on the website and it states that "If you are not pleased with your purchase, for any reason within 30 days, simply send us an Email at (email) with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will be happy to provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number for the return. All returns MUST arrive within 30 days of initial purchase, be in new/unused condition, and include an RMA#." It then goes on to state that the only nonrefundable items are custom items over $100 and damaged items. Since my order does not fall under the the nonrefundable item category, I asked for an RMA so I could return my order, but I was told that they were unable to give me a refund for my product because I was sent a replacement, so I would need to send both orders back to get a refund. I was told by the company that my first order was lost in transit, so it is impossible for me to send both back. I would be more than happy to do so if I had both orders. Don't give this company your money.

However there seems to be some misunderstanding, as I've spoken to our Customer Support staff and reviewed their Email exchanges with you and at no point did we refuse to send a replacement out to you. It does look like you asked for shipment to a different address than the one that was provided by you at checkout, which has caused a delay in the process as our staff needed more information from you to proceed. I sincerely hope you didn't interpret our request for additional information as a refusal to assist you, as that is certainly not the case! Please continue your correspondence with our customer support staff so that they can help to resolve the issue with the address you provided and get this sorted out!

We do apologize for any inconvenience; unfortunately that's correct, if both shipments are marked as being delivered we cannot accept a return of only one item for a refund on the full order. I have never written one of these but this company would not provide rma when emailed for return. Felt like the company used unprofessional email tactics and feels like a complete scam. They will not allow my return or refund even when I followed the return policy perfectly. I had to report to BBB.

It looks like you purchased a skin for a different model laptop than the one you had, and our customer support staff offered to provide a skin for the correct model which you seem to have interpreted as a refusal to accept the return, which was certainly not the case (this was simply a courtesy offer in the hopes of sending you a skin that you could use!) It looks like a return has been completed and a refund issued for the order. We hope this has resolved the issue to your satisfaction!

Extremely Disappointing
I recently ordered an iPhone 11 Otterbox Defender skin with Darth Vader printed on it, from MightySkins. But what I actually received was just a $17 Darth Vader sticker. If the MightySkins company does not or cannot print artwork directly onto a phone case, then it should not advertise that it does, either. There’s so many loop holes and fine print to scam you, it’s just plain sad. Save your money.
